Corporate Attorney

Responsibilities: Lead mergers and acquisitions and other multifaceted corporate matters from initial planning through closing and follow-up activities. Prepare, review, and negotiate principal transaction agreements and supporting documents with careful attention to legal and business risk. Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, and related regulatory issues that may affect transactional strategy and execution. Advise closely held companies and business owners on entity governance, ownership matters, and broader corporate legal concerns. Direct due diligence efforts, evaluate transaction structures, and coordinate all steps required to complete deals efficiently. Oversee and mentor entry-level attorneys and legal support staff while maintaining high-quality work across active matters. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, outside counsel, and other transaction participants, offering clear and commercially sound recommendations.
