About Comfy CubsComfy Cubs is a growing baby products company selling through Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Target, and wholesale channels. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate, organized financial records.
About the Role:
This hands-on position is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping fundamentals who enjoys reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and keeping financial information current. You will work closely with management and accounting leadership to support daily operations and month-end closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
Record and categorize sales, expenses, payments, and deposits.
Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable.
Maintain customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processor activity.
Reconcile e-commerce payouts, including fees, refunds, deductions, and chargebacks.
Assist with inventory-related entries and cost of goods sold reconciliations.
Support month-end closing, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Maintain organized documentation for transactions and account balances.
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
Prepare supporting records for external accountants and tax professionals.
Qualifications:- Three or more years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- E-commerce, wholesale, retail, or consumer products experience Experience reconciling Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or Target payouts
- Familiarity with inventory accounting
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
