The primary purpose of the position is to manage, direct, plan, control, and evaluate the buildings, utilities, grounds, and custodial maintenance functions of the park. The incumbent will share with, participate in, and make recommendations to the Facility Manager in all areas pertinent to the direction and administration of maintenance and construction functions undertaken by the park.
