Senior Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care & Care Plans Lead

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse to supervise staff, monitor residents, and implement patient care plans in a long-term care setting in Oregon. The RN will administer medications, document care, and communicate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality care. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in Oregon and have BSN preferred; CPR certification is typical for the role and six months' long-term care experience is preferred.
