Job Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll join our team of passionate professionals in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy that makes a real difference in the lives of our clients. This is a hybrid partnership opportunity, offering flexible scheduling and the autonomy to work with clients in-person and remotely.
About the Role:
As a BCBA, you'll play a key role in our therapy programs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help children with autism and other special needs overcome challenges and achieve milestones. Your expertise will enable our clinicians to deliver high-quality, effective therapy that drives positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients with autism and other special needs
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for treatment
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and communication with parents and caregivers
- Train and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research, and emerging trends in ABA therapy

Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field Ph. D. or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (or currently pursuing) Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
