Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst Join a high-visibility finance team supporting a large commercial real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst role include: Leading budgeting and forecasting activities across a commercial real estate portfolio, supporting annual planning and ongoing financial performance management. Preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing variances, identifying trends, and communicating key insights to internal and client stakeholders. Supporting financial operations through accrual management, purchase order processing, and related administrative finance functions. Utilizing financial systems, including PeopleSoft, to maintain accurate reporting, data integrity, and financial analysis. Creating and distributing reporting dashboards and performance updates using Excel and Power BI.Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:2–5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field, with strong Excel skills and experience producing client-facing financial reports. Familiarity with PeopleSoft and the ability to quickly learn new financial systems and processes. Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or other service-based industries is a plus, as is exposure to Power BI or purchase order platforms such as Coupa.
