Job responsibilities include leading and supporting the production crew during the shift, assigning tasks and keeping production on schedule, monitoring product quality and reporting any issues, ensuring employees follow safety procedures and company guidelines, assisting with production duties as needed, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Previous leadership or team lead experience is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions. Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
