Come join our civil defense litigation firm located in Irvine. We are seeking an associate for our litigation practice group to handle general liability cases including, commercial, and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, HOA, in a fast-paced and highly demanding atmosphere.

Propounding and responding to discovery, Medical record review/summaries, Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts, Attend court hearings, Prepare motions/oppositions, Prepare case status reports to carriers Trial preparation Co-Counsel at Trial

Must be driven, self-starter, and able to independently manage a caseload. An ideal candidate would have experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background. New admittees are also encouraged to apply and can be a great fit for the right candidate Must be able to work well under strict deadlines Ability to multitask effectively Reliable and able to work a caseload independently under the supervision of a firm partner We are willing to train the right individual. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills are a must.
