Purpose of the position:
Drive production performance through daily tracking of output, yield, and operational metrics; escalate abnormalities immediately and ensure seamless execution of management directives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and oversee the implementation of relevant regulations and work standards within the jurisdiction
- Monitor the entire production process in real-time, formulate, and oversee the implementation of measures to address significant quality issues
- Analyze and statistically assess daily production situations in the workshop, identify areas for improvement, and enhance production efficiency
- Implement apple tree management, continuously drive quality improvements, and ensure order closure
- Analyze and statistically assess cost consumption in the workshop, draft and implement feasible cost control measures
- Implement the in-class KPI assessment mechanism and annual, monthly training and evaluation plans
- Promptly address and follow up on production anomalies, provide feedback, and correct errors in a timely manner
- Implement safety production, on-site management, and labor protection special work within the jurisdiction
- Conduct regular inventory checks of assets within the jurisdiction, ensuring consistency between accounts
- Handle other matters assigned by senior management
- Education and work experience:
Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate's degree.
Degree required: Diploma
Supervision: direct reports are MFG Group Leaders
