Lead Parts Associate

Responsibilities: Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include: Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories. Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services. Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts. Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts. Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels. Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked. Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. All other responsibilities as assigned.
