Respiratory Therapist (RT - Chesterfield, Missouri)

Responsibilities: Perform patient setups, education, and follow-up for CPAP/BiPAP therapy, oxygen equipment, and related supplies Provide instruction regarding proper use, cleaning, safety, and maintenance of equipment Complete mask fittings and assist patients with therapy comfort and compliance Review therapy reports and troubleshoot equipment or compliance concerns Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate documentation according to company policies, payer requirements, and accreditation standards Assist with clinical assessments and ongoing patient support Work collaboratively with customer service, operations, and management Our philosophy of Love, Care, and understanding extends not only to our dear clients, but to our staff as well. Qualifications: Current Missouri Respiratory Therapist license required CRT or RRT credential preferred Previous DME, home healthcare, sleep therapy, or CPAP experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills required
