IT Service Manager

Our client is actively seeking a IT Service Manager to focus on infrastructure and security initiatives based out of their Chicago, ILThis opportunity is 5 days onsite in downtown Chicago, IL Summary Need for this is a smart IT service manager that can help manage, validate, and oversee the implementation - inclusive of project management, but also an understanding of the endpoint and Microsoft architecture, the cyber toolkit, and service delivery to help make it seamless, stand up our process, and get us to a place where we have the process repeatable & locked down. Day to day This person will be doing 30% project management, 30% overseeing the implementation, and 40% readiness of environments and creating a repeatable processMUST have strong exp with the Microsoft Tech stack and Services exp, the first 3 firms will be a straightforward takeover of their Microsoft TenantFuture firms that will be transitioned will not be as straightforward, they are all over the place with endpoint tools, IAM tools, reporting and dashboards, etc.
