Key Responsibilities: The Virtual Mental Health Counselor will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring clients receive appropriate and effective treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' underlying issues, which is essential for developing an individualized therapeutic plan that promotes successful recovery. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) for additional evaluations or referrals, as needed, ensuring holistic care. Provide actionable solutions and therapeutic recommendations for clients struggling with self-esteem issues, relationship conflicts, addiction challenges, and suicidal ideation, in alignment with established clinical guidelines. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes. Analyze trends in data to adapt treatment approaches to meet individual client needs effectively. Engage family members when appropriate to monitor behavior changes and gauge treatment efficacy, which is crucial for fostering a supportive recovery environment. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in guiding these individuals toward healthier coping mechanisms and sustainable recovery pathways.

Qualifications: To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. A valid, active license to practice as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess prior experience in telehealth settings or who have worked with populations struggling with mental health issues and substance addiction. Experience in conducting assessments, crisis intervention, and family therapy will be seen as an asset.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibility.
