Job Title: Associate Technical Trainer (Telecom / Data Center)
Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $35.00/Hr. - $39/Hr. on W2
Shift: Standard Day Shift
About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on training in telecom and data center technologies.
This is a highly delivery-focused role, where you will spend most of your time conducting classroom and lab-based training sessions for employees.
You will work closely with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to ensure effective learning and successful training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Deliver technical training sessions (classroom + hands-on labs)
Facilitate employee onboarding and skill development programs
Provide guidance and support to learners to ensure understanding
Track trainee progress and maintain training records and reports
Assist in reviewing and improving training materials
Coordinate training schedules, equipment, and classroom setup
Support training needs assessment and program improvements
Stay updated on data center and telecom technologies
Collaborate with trainers, managers, and stakeholders
Travel occasionally as required
Required Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in telecom, data center, electrical, or related technical field
Experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams (formal or informal)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Willingness to obtain BICSI or similar telecom certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have:
Experience in data center operations, cabling, or low-voltage systems
Prior experience as a trainer or instructor
