Decisiv seeks a Contract Technical Writer & Content Strategist to support documentation, UX copy, and in-app guidance for our SRM platform. You'll audit brand voice, establish content standards, and produce help center articles, microcopy, and in-app messaging across Zendesk, Figma, and Pendo. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering while maintaining autonomy over how work is delivered. This 1099 engagement is remote for US-based candidates.
