Dorsey & Whitney is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our Minneapolis office (also Boise, Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City). You will work on complex patent litigation matters in federal courts nationwide and may handle PTAB matters.
Qualifications:
four to six years of patent litigation experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to the Minnesota bar, and strong writing and communication skills.
