Manufacturing Engineering Manager: DFA/DFM & Lean Leader

The Judge Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a large Sterling, IL facility. You will lead 4–5 direct report engineers to sustain and improve existing products and processes with emphasis on plant performance, process optimization, and assembly efficiency. The ideal candidate has DFA/DFM experience, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Proficiency in GD&T and 3D modeling is valued.
