Director of Financial Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee periodic SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, Management's Discussion and Analysis, and other external reporting obligations. Coordinate annual audits and quarterly reviews with the independent registered public accounting firm and internal business partners to support timely completion. Partner with investor relations, legal, tax, treasury, HR, business operations, and general accounting on complex transactions, disclosures, and stakeholder communications. Monitor SEC and FASB developments, lead process and system improvements, support Audit Committee reporting, and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of overall experience and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Active CPA license and 6+ years of demonstrated people-management experience. Hands-on experience preparing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy statements, and other SEC filings, including experience with capital markets transactions and comfort letters. Experience with multinational operations, new accounting pronouncements, cross-functional projects, process automation, Oracle ERP, and Workiva.
