We specialize in security, networking, home theater, whole-home audio/video, and automationsystems including Control4 and Crestron. What You'll Do: Service and troubleshoot:
- Home AV systems & theaters
- Lighting controlCCTV/surveillance & home security (ex. DSC)
- In-home networking (router/switch installs, cleanup, etc.)Home automation systems (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.)Manage service calls independently, on-site and remotely
- Maintain accurate documentation and a well-stocked service vehicle
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with project installations as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of field experience in residential low-voltage systems
- Solid knowledge of AV, security, surveillance, and networking
- Home automation experience required (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.)Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Able to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics
- Must pass background and drug screening
