The CMO will lead an integrated enterprise function spanning marketing, communications, digital engagement, media relations, and patient and physician experience. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the governing board, the successful candidate will guide reputation management, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis response. The role will also advance transformational initiatives, strengthen the organization's market position, and foster a consistent, consumer-centered experience across its communities. Candidates should bring significant executive leadership experience in healthcare marketing, communications, brand strategy, digital engagement, consumer experience, or a related field, preferably within a large, complex health system. A record of leading transformation, building high-performing teams, and partnering effectively with senior executives and governing boards is essential. The ideal candidate can navigate complex stakeholder environments, unite teams around a shared vision, and champion innovation and consumer-centered strategies.
