Requirements: Must be 16 years of age Must be willing to work outdoors Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends Excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous Knowledge and passion about skiing and snowboarding, marketing, and guest relations What You Can Expect: Greeting and interacting with guests in and around facilities as well as on the mountain Providing guests with directions and assistance Gaining extensive resort knowledge and where to find the answer for guests Crowd entertainment on high volume days Distributing promotional swag to guests Representing Blue Mountain at on and off-site promotional activities and events What We Can Offer You: We offer the opportunity to join a growing company with over 40 years in the hospitality industry and be a part of setting a new standard of excellence in guest satisfaction.
