You'll guide a high-performing regional team, accelerate growth, and play a key role in bringing important therapies to patients and healthcare professionals across Colorado. What You'll Be Doing:
- Coach, recruit, train, and develop regional sales professionals
- Drive revenue growth and achievement of regional sales targets
- Align field execution with brand and corporate strategies
- Manage budgets, forecasting, targeting, and resources
- Partner cross-functionally and provide competitive market intelligence
- Champion compliance, talent development, retention, and an inclusive culture
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Pharmaceutical sales leadership and demonstrated top performance
- New drug launch success; neurology/epilepsy experience preferred
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 70% overnight
