A strong reel or portfolio of short-form video you've shot and edited yourself; we want to see your work. Comfort designing static and carousel content in tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Strong copywriting instincts with a clear, confident point of view Experience sourcing, briefing, and collaborating with UGC creators. You have a network and know what’s trending. You know what sticks and have a sharp, working sense of what performs on social and what doesn’t and how that shifts from platform to platform. A track record of using social media performance data - not just instinct - to steer a content calendar. Self-direction: you can own a channel with light oversight and move fast without a big team around you. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
