Real Estate Transactional Associate (2–5 Years) | San Diego, CAOur client is a long-established, top-ranked San Diego real estate boutique. The firm holds Tier 1 regional rankings in both Real Estate and Land Use & Zoning, and was recently recognized nationally for its client service. It is looking to add a commercial real estate associate who wants to put down roots in San Diego and build a long-term practice. The firm's practice helps clients buy, sell, lease, and finance commercial property, and structure the entities behind those deals. Acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, multifamily, retail, and office properties Lender-side real estate financing, a growing area with a clear path to build your own expertise Purchase and sale agreement drafting and negotiation Title and survey due diligenceLLC, partnership, and joint venture formation for real estate venturesJD with 2–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and running due diligence Interest in real estate finance (prior exposure is a plus) Based in, or committed to relocating to, San Diego.
