Event Marketer
Home Genius Exteriors is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country at retail locations, sporting events, home shows, fairs, and community events.
You'll engage with homeowners, educate them on our exterior remodeling services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude
Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling products including roofing, siding, gutters, gutter guards, windows, and doors
Set homeowners up for free inspections and consultations based on qualifying needs
Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays
Help create a positive customer experience while representing the Home Genius brand professionally
Meet individual and team lead-generation goals
Support promotional campaigns, merchandising, and event setup/teardown
Handle customer questions professionally and confidently
Attend team meetings and trainings to continue developing communication and marketing skills
Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage
Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred
Preferred Skills:
Previous retail marketing, event marketing, or sales experience
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying promotional materials

Work Environment
This role operates primarily inside retail and hardware store locations with frequent customer interaction. Team members may also assist at local events, expos, and promotional setups while working in a high-energy, team-driven environment.
