Manufacturing Planning Analyst

Hours: Hybrid, Tues-Thurs on-site 8-4Location: Chicago, IL Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr Job Description As a Manufacturing Planning Analyst, you will work with Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available to support aircraft installations and maintenance. This role translates sales forecasts and product changes into purchasing and delivery plans through the S&OP process, helping drive revenue, control costs, and meet customer demand. Day to DayPartner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Operations teams to monitor kit assembly health, manage risks, and ensure material availability. Review MRP outputs and adjust plans to align supply with demand. Lead cross-functional planning discussions related to engineering changes, material health, and product revisions. Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material receipts support production schedules. Align material availability with demand and capacity plans alongside MPS teams. Support production execution activities, including MPS operations in Itasca. Drive improvements in planning, reporting, and communication processes, including weekly production reporting. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Partner with Accounting to support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
