Aerospace Rubber Chemist - Compound Development Lead

Jobot, a growing aerospace manufacturer in Southern California, seeks a seasoned Rubber Chemist to develop and optimize rubber compounds for aerospace applications. You will contribute to new formulations and work with our engineering team to translate lab results into production-ready materials. The ideal candidate has at least five years of rubber chemistry experience, a degree in chemistry or materials science, and strong skills in extrusion, mixing, testing, and problem solving.
