Remote Internal Customer Success Manager

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture relationships with our growing client base. This role is fully remote within the United States and pays in USD on a bi-monthly schedule. You will manage client relationships, ensure contractor quality, and drive satisfaction across accounts. Responsibilities include regular check-ins with active accounts, identifying problems before they escalate, and maintaining the quality of candidates presented to clients.
