APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Our client, a leading fintech company, is hiring a Loan Program Manager in Mountain View, CA!*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!* In this role, you will oversee loan servicing operations and third-party vendor performance while managing KPIs, escalations, compliance, and process improvements. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams to support new product launches, improve servicing procedures, and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SOPs, FAQs, training materials, and agent resources for loan servicing and collections processes.
Monitor servicing quality through agent assessments, error tracking, audit requests, and performance reporting.
Serve as the primary escalation contact for vendor teams while coordinating issue resolution and continuous operational improvements.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of fintech and loan servicing experience.
Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL preferred.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
