Lead the global IT organization and establish the company’s technology strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap. Partner with business functions and Kuraray Global DX-IT to align technology investments, standards, and major initiatives with enterprise priorities while ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective services. Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy and a multi-year technology roadmap. Advise senior leaders and translate business priorities into technology capabilities, investments, and plans. Partner with functional leaders to align technology, process, data, and capability priorities. Lead cross-functional technology transformations with defined ownership, governance, adoption, and measurable benefits. Serve as the senior interface with Kuraray Global DX-IT on strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, standards, and shared platforms.
