As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Service Plumber to join our high-performing team.

Pay Range: $35–$55 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime.

What You'll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial plumbing systems Deliver effective, professional solutions for our clients’ plumbing needs Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures Accurately document service calls, materials used, and work completed Lead and develop our apprentices for advancement in the future What You Bring 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing services Proven experience in commercial plumbing Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred but not required) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We OfferTop pay for qualified plumbers Overtime is paid for work after 5pm Overtime is paid after 40 hours On Call allows for more hours 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Company take-home truck/dispatched from home Fuel card Cintas Carhartt uniforms included Company iPhone and iPad Medical insurance – 3 CareFirst plans, company pays an average of 68% of plan costs Dental and Vision insurance Company paid life insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation (Matching) Birthday off with pay Sick/Flex Time (3 paid floating holidays) Paid training in the Tom O’Connor Training Center Tools and equipment to complete work provided, plumbers provide hand tools Company-sponsored events and activities Opportunities for career advancement Referral Program$20,000 bonus for employees referring to a qualified plumber who is hired $10,000 Sign-on bonus for qualified Field Supervisors$10,000 bonus for employees referring qualified Field Supervisor who is hired Relocation Support Moving to the DMV?
