Job Description: Job Description JENNMAR Services, is currently seeking aField Observation and Maintenance Contractorfor theWashington/ Greene County, PA area. This is a full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available. Job Responsibilities of Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor: Receives and follows daily shift instructions from on-call SupervisorResponds quickly to emergency observation and maintenance requestsPhysically observes the daily operations and monitors digital communication threads for: Water transfer Water hauling Sand hauling Traffic controlTroubleshoots contractor-owned water equipmentGathering pumps Centralized water facilities Booster pumps and water withdrawalsReportingReports all spills, accidents, and injuries immediately Reports all incidents and operational concerns immediately Delivers written shift summary notes once a dayScheduleof Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor : Night shift only (6 pm to 6 am) 7 days per week in field, including weekends and holidays Compensationof Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Paid Vacation Paid Holiday Healthcare, vision, dental 401k with matching after 6 months Job Requirements of Field Observation and Maintenance Contractor: Compliant with all PPE and safety training requirements Valid drivers license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check, drug & alcohol test required Perform all duties in a safe manner in keeping with the Company's strong commitment to employee safety Utilize software programs to prepare reports, e-mails, correspondence, etc. Ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences, and the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work Ability to efficiently communicate with business partners, supervisors/managers, peers, or subordinates in verbal or written form Effective and efficient problem solving of any issues in a timely manner as necessary Self motivatedJENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important assets and is committed to them with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k).
