Analog ASIC Tech Lead — Lead High‑Speed Front‑Ends & Tapeouts

Lumai is redefining photonic AI compute and seeks an experienced ASIC Tech Lead (Analog) to own analog/mixed-signal subsystems end-to-end—from architecture to silicon bring-up. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with photonics, digital ASIC, and firmware teams, and coordinate with foundry partners. The role demands 8+ years in analog design, tape-outs, expertise in TIA/VGA and ADC/DAC, and a MSc/PhD in EE or a related field. Excellent compensation and a collaborative environment are offered.
