Seeking a detail-oriented Construction QA/QC Manager, this full-time role will oversee quality assurance and control efforts throughout the construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover phases of mission-critical data center projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project-specific MEP Quality Assurance / Quality Control plans and inspection protocols
Conduct field inspections and audits to verify installation quality and compliance with industry standards and documentation
Ensure all systems are delivered with complete turnover documentation, partnering with Operations for a smooth transition to live operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
6+ years of experience in MEP QA/QC, commissioning, or construction quality management
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commissioning and applicable code requirements
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Experience with complex infrastructure projects such as data centers or hospitals
