Salary:
$31 - $33/hr based on experience! Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics, neurological, musculoskeletal, and sports injuries serving Spokane and surrounding communities for over five years. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Occupation Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient FollowUp: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the occupation therapist.
- Treatment Planning: Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
- Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the occupational therapist.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
- Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree as Occupational Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
