Valley Packaging is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Utility Technicians. This position offers a clear career path into an Operator role, providing opportunities to learn new skills, advance within the organization, and increase earnings through training and development. Successful candidates who complete training and progress into an Operator position may earn up to $25.60 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Support production operations as assigned- Learn equipment operation and production processes- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards- Assist Operators and other team members to meet production goals-Participate in training programs designed to prepare employees for Operator-level responsibilities- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to meet job requirements with or without accommodation
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- Willingness to learn new skills and advance within the company- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hourAdvancement opportunities with potential earnings up to $25.60 per hour upon successful completion of training and qualification requirements.
