Ensurepromptandaccuratereportingofallequipmentfailures, illnesses, incidents, accidentsanddamages. Maintaincurrentknowledgeofallmaritimelaws. Directandsupervisecrewmembersinsafeandproductiveoperationofthevessel, itsmachineryandequipment. Holdthecrewaccountablefortheiradherencetomaritimelaw, companypoliciesandprocedures, andtheirindividualperformance/productivity.
