Tag Systems | Eatontown, NJFull-Time | 2nd Shift | $22.50/hour Tag Systems is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our growing production team in Eatontown, NJ. Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PMAdditional overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required based on production demands.

What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards at all times
- Load, unload, and transfer materials between workstations
- Complete production records, audit logs, and required documentation accurately
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and accuracy
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed
- Follow all company security procedures and operational guidelines
- Support additional production activities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work safely in a secure manufacturing environment
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse operations, or industrial environments is preferred but not required
