Visionary Family Ministry Director

Indiana Alliance Church in Indiana is seeking a Family Ministry Director/Pastor to cast vision and lead our K-12 ministry, with focus on Jr/Sr High and Sunday Inreach CM; position reports to the Lead Pastor and Governing Board, and collaborates with the CM Director to build a cohesive family ministry. The role requires a ministry-related degree (or equivalent), CMA credentials or willingness to pursue them, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, plan curriculum, and mentor volunteers.
