Maintenance Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their CPG Manufacturing Facility near Monmouth IL. The current Maintenance Manager is retiring but will be working with the new Manager for several months to ensure a smooth transition. The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance department of 15-16 Direct Reports to ensure optimal performance of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure. This role drives preventive maintenance programs, minimizes downtime, supports plant projects, and ensures compliance with safety & food quality standards. Interested candidates should contact Lee Douglas @ 610 617-1447 or email a current resume to LDouglas@judge.comThis job will have the following responsibilitiesLead, schedule, and direct all maintenance personnel to ensure efficient execution of daily activitiesProvide hands-on leadership, working alongside technicians when neededDevelop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness through CMMS systemsOversee maintenance, repair, and continuous operation of all plant equipment and facility systemsEnsure all equipment meets operational, safety, and food safety standardsManage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, scheduling, and asset trackingCoordinate maintenance inventory to ensure availability of critical spare parts and materialsMaintain accurate reporting of maintenance activities, including daily summariesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliabilitySupport and lead plant improvement and capital projectsQualifications & RequirementsBachelors Degree -or- Trade School Certifications Preferred 5+ years of experience in maintenance management / supervision within manufacturingStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and conveyance systemsExperience with Preventive Maintenance Programs and CMMS systemsBenefits FeaturedMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates.#JDP
