Outpatient Vascular NP/PA - 4-10 Hour Week

Community Care Physicians seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Vascular Health Partners in the Capital Region, NY. You will work with four vascular surgeons and a dedicated APP team, primarily in an outpatient office and interventional suite, with travel to satellite offices to deliver vascular care. The role emphasizes ambulatory care, diagnosis and management of arterial/venous disease, and collaboration with surgeons in a state-of-the-art setting.
