Brookhaven Market is hiring a full-time Liquor Department Manager to keep our Burr Ridge, IL liquor department neat, compliant, and easy to shoponsite, every day. This role is here to deliver a great beer, wine, and spirits lineup while following alcohol laws and company standards. You'll: Run day-to-day department operations and maintain standards Monitor inventory; place orders, receive deliveries, and keep product flowing Create clean, attention-getting displays plus seasonal features Execute promotions and watch sales, margin, and shrink to stay on target Give customers friendly, dialed-in recommendations Required skills/qualifications: Retail experience (liquor sales preferred); supervisory experience a plus Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills Able to stand/walk for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 21+ years of age
