APV seeks a mission-driven Human-Centered Design SME to support a large-scale federal healthcare technology program. You'll lead user research, service design, accessibility, and UX strategy for a product used daily by internal government teams to manage value-based care models on a SAFe Agile team with PI planning. Accessibility is a first-class requirement; you will own Section 508 and WCAG conformance, and translate insights into actionable product improvements for diverse user groups.
