APPLY NOWFull-Time Bilingual Operator (English/Spanish) We are seeking a customer service and detail-oriented Bilingual Operator (English/Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, verifying insurance eligibility, explaining coverage acceptance, and scheduling initial appointments across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with prospective patients in both English and Spanish
- Verify insurance information and determine plan acceptance
- Schedule new patient appointments at appropriate clinic locations
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake process
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient scheduling and patient onboarding
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, call center operations, or customer service is preferred
