Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Military Health and Readiness

DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors providing services to military service members in Utah and surrounding areas. We primarily operate on weekends with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Utah, and you may work at remote military installations as needed. Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing medical histories, interviewing personnel, and documenting readiness classifications.
