Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, math, statistics or other related fields3 to five years experience in supply chain management directly involved with strategic sourcing management

Duties and Responsibilities:- Play a key role in the success of the strategic sourcing management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies through the RFx process
- Deliver and manage the request for proposal (RFP) process for those categories or sourcing engagements that they manage
- Developing strategies to improve the enterprises’ cost structure
- Optimize external spending through early involvement in the sourcing xhqgsiq life cycle developed through a strong partnership with business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to aggregate enterprise demand to drive value
- Demonstrate strong business judgment, integrity, financial acumen and project management skills
- Have knowledge of category management practices, experience in negotiating complex contracts/agreements, vendor management skills and demonstrated expertise within key areas, such as IT services (professional services/labor), IT infrastructure, IT and enterprise applications, and/or indirect spend
- Evaluates supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models and implements supplier agreements by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach an agreement on contract terms and conditions
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect the continuity of supply and utilize emerging opportunities
