Head of Financial Crime & Compliance

HIFI is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its BSA/AML and sanctions program for both fiat and on‑chain flows. You will oversee KYC/KYB, enhanced due diligence for institutional clients, and the monitoring program, while serving as the main liaison to banking partners, auditors, and examiners. You will write policies, lead a team, and work with product/engineering to embed compliance into onboarding and monitoring rules, ensuring regulatory alignment as the platform grows.
