Job Responsibilities: Assist sheet metal fabricators with daily shop and field workLoad, unload, move, and organize materialsAssist with measuring, cutting, cleaning, bending, fitting, and assembling sheet metalUse basic hand and power tools safelyHelp prepare materials and parts for fabrication and installationAssist with industrial and custom fabrication projectsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures and instructions from supervisorsPerform other duties as needed to support the fabrication teamQualificationsPrevious sheet metal, construction, fabrication, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn and take directionReliable and dependableStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAble to work with hand and power toolsAble to lift and move materials as requiredComfortable working in a shop and in the field on job sites Must be able to work well as part of a teamValid driver’s license required
