Reconsideration Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Reconsideration Analyst III will make second-level non-medical appeal decisions for beneficiaries, supplies, or providers while ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing all appeal issues raised. Key responsibilitiesWrites clear reconsideration decisions that support determinations made Conducts research using federal regulations and related resources to ensure accurate and well-supported decisions Organizes documents and ensures compliance with Privacy Act provisionsRequired qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Three (3) years of general office experience Two (2) years of experience in high volume customer calls, appeals, or billing Medicare Part A knowledge preferred Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years
