- We are a family owned and run company in the marine repair business for 26 years and have been a Volvo Penta Dealership for 24 years.
- We are looking for experienced mechanics that have knowledge of either diesel or gasoline marine inboard engines
- Base pay starts at $22.00 per hour; techs with 3 or more years experience qualify for higher rate of pay.
- Health & Dental provided
- Paid training available through Volvo Penta seasonally
- No nights or weekends
- Paid holidays
- Paid vacation after 1 year of employment
Requirements:
- Experience working on boats and/or rebuilding marine engines
- Available full time
- Clean driving record
- Must have own tools; specialized tools will be provided
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out engine service repairs
- Replacing broken or worn-out engine parts
- Completely rebuilding engines
- Maintaining tidy workspace
- Carrying out sea trials
